Join local scientists, educators, and students of all ages for a “night of discovery” at Science Under the Stars, a free family-friendly carnival of scientific spectacles from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, March 22 at the Collin College Plano Campus. The community is encouraged to come to this fun and educational event which will include free food and prizes as well as a scholarship giveaway.

“Science Under the Stars is the community’s chance to join local scientists in exploring our world from the atomic to the celestial,” said Stacey Bilich, one of the event organizers. “We believe this event will spark wonder and fuel the imagination for your young scientist.”

Science Under the Stars will feature performances, games, and dozens of hands-on experiences in scientific disciplines including anthropology, biology, chemistry, geology, veterinary technology, and many others.
